It depends on where you are. But we are the fastest in the industry. Usually orders processed here will take 3-6 business HOURS to ship out. Where we send goods through third party for last mile delivery. For Express Delivery, it could be as fast as 3 hours to 8 hours within Bangkok. For other provinces, it could take about 1-3 days to reach you. Overseas deliveries can varied a lot anywhere from 7-45 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

YES ! You can always rest assured when buying from us. All our lamps and bulbs products come with "Lamp & Light Care service" warranty. Models in the "Essentials series" come with Lamp & Light Care 1 year total warranty service and our better "Signature series" come with Lamp & Light Care+ 3 years total warranty service. So you never have to worry about a thing when choosing us.

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address.

Normally we checked the product first before deliver to you , but ofcourse sometimes mistake might happen. Or sometimes it goes wrong during transportation. But Don't you worry, LAMP & LIGHT has Care warranty policy that covers your product 100% so you can ask for the missing part and we will send them to you as we are professional in what we do. But ofcourse it make takes 2-3 days to get the missing part if requested as delivery might take some time.

Yes you can ! You can pay with credit card from our website or you can choose to pay at the store as well. After you select and check out on the website. There will be Payment Method for you to select and you can choose credit card there.

We have various payment methods to choose from , Ranging from Credit card , Paypal , QR-code , Bank transfer , in store payment ( Cash for in store payment is also accepted)

Please rest assured that our product comes with standard Lamp & Light Care 1 year warranty. In the case of broken product either from transportation or product defect we are more than happy to replace a new one to you. All you need is the bill of payment that proves you bought the product from us and the broken product send back to us and we will replace you with the new one as soon as possible.
