Our company has 100% satisfaction guarantee (Lamp & Light Care), so any customer can return the product for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and they have to meet these criteria :

1) The products are in full and prime condition with packaging and receipt bought from our company.

2) Promotional items are non-refundable

Please note that we are not responsible for any of the delivery fee for shipping and returning of products and also other cost that occurred.

After our company has check and accept that the product is in full condition, we will process the refund to you within 30-45 working days. Please also take note that we will refund back using the same payment method used.
